- The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed or, if an agreement was no longer possible due to lack of time, provided.
- The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, irrespective of the duration of the contract.
- The landlord is obliged to pay compensation for non-provision of the room to the guest.
- The payment of the rental price agreed for the rental of the apartment as well as for the additional services agreed with the guest must be paid at latest on the day of arrival upon handover of the keys. It must be made in cash at this time, unless the landlord has expressly agreed with the guest on another form of payment. Credit cards and debit cards can not be accepted as a form of payment locally.
- The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price for non-use of the contractual services, less the expenses saved by the landlord. The savings are according to experience rates for the night 20% of the price. Cancellations no later than 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
- The landlord is held true to faith, the unused apartment if possible to allocate otherwise to avoid failures. Until the apartment is otherwise rented, the guest must pay the amount calculated in accordance with clause 5 for the duration of the contract.
- Arrival and departure are considered as one day.
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rule.
- Terms and conditions of the guest apply only if they have been agreed in advance. Deviations from these conditions are only effective if the landlord has expressly confirmed them in writing.
- Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of business.
- Should one of the above provisions be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by a provision which comes closest to the purpose of the provision to be replaced. In addition, the statutory provisions apply.
